    Effectively managing the offer and successful sale of Florida residential real estate from the Seller’s perspective requires very different skills, training, and expertise than handling transactions as a Buyer’s agent.


    Overlooking just one detail along the way can lead to decreased buyer interest, fewer (and lower) offers, reduced sale price, extended delays to closing, increased Seller costs, legal complications, and even a complete collapse of the deal.


    In addition to generating heightened market exposure and buyer enthusiasm for my clients’ properties, that Seller-side expertise also includes the knowledge and experience to properly communicate with attorneys, trustees, financial advisors, condo / homeowners Association boards, property managers, and title companies in order to protect Sellers’ best interests.

I do not take "both sides" of a transaction by attempting to represent both a Seller and a Buyer.
