Effectively managing the offer and successful sale of Florida residential real estate from the Seller’s perspective requires very different skills, training, and expertise than handling transactions as a Buyer’s agent.


Overlooking just one detail along the way can lead to low buyer interest, fewer offers, reduced sale price, extended delays to closing, increased Seller costs, legal complications, and even a complete collapse of the deal.
