To achieve this, I handle your sale under a fiduciary relationship which includes my pledge of undivided loyalty, full disclosure, and utmost confidentiality. I do not take "both sides" of a transaction by attempting to represent both a Seller and a Buyer.
Working exclusively for your benefit as the Seller, my professional responsibility is protecting and promoting your interests while negotiating on your behalf.
