Effectively managing the offer and successful sale of Florida residential real estate from the Seller’s perspective requires very different skills, training, and expertise than handling transactions from the Buyer’s side.


Overlooking just one detail along the way can lead to less buyer interest, fewer (and lower) offers, reduced sale price, extended delays to closing, increased Seller costs, legal complications, and even a complete collapse of the deal.


In addition to generating heightened market exposure and buyer interest in my clients’ properties, that Seller-side expertise includes the knowledge and experience to properly communicate with attorneys, trustees, financial advisors, Condominium and HOA boards, property managers, and title companies in order to protect Sellers’ interests.


My number one priority in every sale is working diligently for your best possible outcome. To achieve this, I handle your sale under a fiduciary relationship which includes my pledge of undivided loyalty, full disclosure, and utmost confidentiality. I do not take "both sides" of a transaction by attempting to represent both a Seller and a Buyer.


Working exclusively for your benefit as the Seller, my professional responsibility is protecting and promoting your interests while negotiating on your behalf.
